The Next Chapter

Colossians 4:6, "Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person."

Is thank you on your lips today? Any day? I forget to show gratitude. I feel it I live it but I forget to show it.... Especially to those closest. Today I will give thanks to God and anyone that touches my heart. Even when your 10 year old pushes every button you have....patience love and understanding. Forgiveness. Above all praise to God for helping me keep it together!

Why do we think that hate's gonna change their heart?
We're up in arms over wars that don't need to be fought
But pride won't let us lay our weapons on the ground
We build our bridges up but just to burn them down
We think pain is owed apologies and then it'll stop

Freedom comes when we surrender to the sound
Of mercy and Your grace, Father, send Your angels down
