The Next Chapter


But those who hope in the Lord,  will renew their strength.  They will soar on wings like eagles;   they will run and not grow weary,  they will walk and not be faint.  Isaiah 40:31

Soar on the wings like eagles, the never ending strength that you thought you didn't have.  The strength from your toes.  Hope in the Lord, the everlasting God, the giver of all.  He renews each day, and opens his arms for you to fulfill his destiny.  I forget this all the time.  I get frustrated with his timing, and get impatient for wanting it now, or jumping on something that feels so right so fast, only to see his path is not mine.  Later in Isaiah 55:8 he tell us "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD.  This reminder is necessary when I am ready to jump or run down a path that feels right.    Today I will stay focused on work, school, kids....I will finish what I started.  His promise will be forfilled.  I will not want for anything.  All in good time.....All in good time.........
