The Next Chapter

Easier said than done, especially when you are the go to person at your job.
I am the liaison between project managers and customer service and sometimes I wonder if anyone listens, or is everyone just hearing what they want to hear as they formulate their own response?
I must continue to slow down and listen for his guidance..... Even when I want to jump!
