The Next Chapter
The Word of God is living and powerful. —Hebrews 4:12
Attended New Hope today and truly enjoyed Pastor Neil message of being Called, Gifted, and Sent.... It was great to re-focus my faith....
Jesus gifted us all when he ascended to heaven. I am truly blessed to know this and will not waste my gift.

The Next Chapter
Jesus has risen! The tomb is empty.
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies. John 11:25
I live by my faith in the word and Jesus' teachings. He died for me. I am not worthless. My sins are forgiven and I will walk with Christ.

The Next Chapter
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Psalm 55:22
I remember this verse today as I continue to search for strength, I am working, supporting my family and going to school. I need to remember I am not alone but have to ask for the help when needed. I am praying for guidance and your holy spirit to hold me every night.
Dear God, help me to recognize the holy spirit in my life and that you
are working in me. Grace me with strength and courage to overcome my own stubborn will. Amen

As you know I often pray throughout the day, and moments ago I was reminded that it is in God's time.... Even when we struggle God is healing and guiding us....Jesus said "do not fear, only believe" Mark 5:36
Dear Lord help me to remember to thank you and praise you. And to wait patiently for you...... Amen

The Next Chapter
Two weeks in..... We are great, but the reality of chaos and a ready made family is a jagged little pill.
Prayers for our journey. Prayers for direction and occupation.
Thought for today:
Abundant life begins when we commit ourselves to following Christ.
Dear Lord, help me admit that I need you in every step.....in Jesus' name.. Amen
